GIFs

Our next project is to create 5 GIFs working with ideas and imagery already created in our 'fact' project from the natural history museum. Here are a few i've seen that I really like...

this on is a little longer than i will make mine as ours need to be between 1-5 seconds. I really like the movement in it though and the hand drawn quality to it.

This is one of my favourite ones that i've seen, i like how it's such a constant fluid animation, and how the object itself moves and transforms.

I like the use of paper cut out here to show the bear moving around and dancing, the coloured paper with a slight texture/grain to it helps it look as if the fur is moving.

I really like this GIF i have drawn brain scans before and looked at the brain but i hadn't considered showing the brain's workings in this way. here is a youtube clip of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNMvzkJY6DQ

although i'm not overly keen on the style of drawing on the work here, i really like the flow of it, and how the different features rotate to form different features in a circular motion.
